Meet our Broomy Hill Nursing Home team

Having worked for several years in similar roles, my knowledge and experience helps to guide families through what can be a very difficult time in their lives.  I’m very passionate about nursing and always strive to provide exceptional standards of care in the safest of environments.

I really enjoy my role, helping residents in their day-to-day living. The home is very friendly and we ensure everyone feels like they are home-from-home and living with one big happy family.

I have worked for Ashberry for 21 years and have 28 years’ experience in residential and nursing care. During my time with Ashberry I have worked my way from Care Assistant to Deputy Manager at our sister home Holmer Court. My role currently at Broomy Hill is Team Leader, I love being able to give the best quality care to our residents here.

With 13 years’ experience as a nurse I was excited to join the team at Broomy Hill. I enjoy improving the quality of life for our residents and think of them like my family.

I have enjoyed diving into my role here at Broomy Hill and love the diversity of it. I am currently studying my foundation degree in Health and Social Care, with ambitions to climb the ladder in the adult social care sector. I enjoy developing relationships with the residents, staff and residents’ family members here at Broomy Hill.

I am new to the team here at Broomy Hill and currently studying my Level 4 in Health and Social Care with aspirations to become a nurse one day. It is a friendly and welcoming environment here and I enjoy being part of the residents lives and part of the Broomy Hill family.

I have been working at Broomy Hill for the past seven years, having started at the age of eighteen.  I have worked my way up to Team Leader and I’m proud to have a role where I am able to make a real difference in our residents’ lives. The team are amazing at Broomy and provide a personalised, happy and homely environment for our residents.
